Are you moving in to your first Service Family Accommodation or are you a seasoned pro but need a little bit of a reminder of what to do? CarillionAmey people are here to assist you. We have a variety of information that’s designed to help you to prepare for your Move in and help you to get the best out of it.
The CarillionAmey people that are key are our advisors at the Helpdesk who work in the Occupancy Services team, your Accommodation Officer who will be with you during the Move in appointment and our Local Customer Service advisors who are available to speak to you in person.

As part of our ongoing improvement plans, we are currently running a programme aimed at ensuring that our Move in preparation is consistently good throughout the country. We are looking to make sure that all Move in activity provides the right level of cleaning and we are doing this by standardising all cleaning equipment and cleaning materials and making sure that we have effective supervision and that the same processes are being used by all of our suppliers across the country.
